About Us
365 Day Media Group was launched in 2015 when Tami Tate recognized the need for personal social media services for small businesses and events in Victoria BC. In order to be able to offer one on one services with clients, she developed a mentorship program, drawing on university and college students who have a keen interest in social media marketing. These Marketing Assistants come with creativity, knowledge and keen interest in their clients, providing a unique personal touch with each of our clients.
When first starting the company, the natural fit was to work with event clients. At 365 we manage the social media and marketing for some of the biggest events in Victoria. But we’ve also worked with real estate brokerages, realtors, financial advisors, retail stores, business coaches and more.
In 2019, 365 Day Media Group became the producer of Social Media Camp, Canada’s largest social media conference. Since then Social Media Camp has become a community dedicated to keeping individuals connected and updated on everything happening in the world of social media. The Team
Tami Tate, CEO
Tami has lived most of her life in Victoria and ran an Event Management company for 17 years. Her amazing network and knowledge of Marketing offered her the perfect opportunity to start 365 Day Media. Tami single handedly keeps Starbucks in business, and invests all of herself in her clients and team!

Kylie Antrobus
Kylie is currently pursuing her Commerce degree at the University of Victoria, specializing in Service Management. After graduation she hopes to pursue a career in Marketing. As a social person, you’ll always find Kylie chatting with anyone and everyone. When not studying or working you’ll find her hiking with my dogs or creating and sewing new clothes!

Keely Pollock
Keely recently moved back from Australia where she lived for the past 4 years. She decided to come home and get her business degree while working at lululemon and 365day media.
Why are you excited to be apart of the 365 team?

Colton Hutchinson
Colton is currently in his second year of university where he has succeeded in courses such as Technical Communication, Business Decision Making, Professional Practice, and Data Science. This is Colton’s first official social media marketing position, but he has experience managing the social media account of the Golden Rockets, a junior hockey team in rural British Columbia!

Natalie van Nieuwkuyk
Natalie joined 365 to hone her marketing rhetoric and try new forms of writing and content creation. She has had so much fun working with local businesses and sharing their stories online. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys learning to knit, sew and crochet as steps toward cultivating a fun and sustainable wardrobe!

Maddy Marchildon
Maddy, born and raised in Victoria, is a recent graduate from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Service Management. Maddy joined 365 after a semester abroad in Saint Etienne, France. As a self-proclaimed people person, Maddy loves connecting with clients on and off social. When Maddy isn't working, you can find her on one of Victoria's many scenic bike paths or creating digital illustrations for family and friends.
What is your favourite place to work from? I love creating an organized and productive space at home, either on the couch or at my desk!

Shaye Vagels
When Shaye is not busy designing a new spreadsheet or putting the finishing touches on an Instagram post, Shaye can be found in the gym or yoga studio, outdoors hunting for the perfect sunset or downtown searching for an exciting new culinary experience. She is an alumnus of The University of Auckland in New Zealand, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in International Business and Management.

Travel! I could easily be in a new city each day!
